What is Strolly
Strolly is a Swedish-developed platform that makes it possible to bring the stroller indoors without having to worry about dirt, gravel, or moisture. It functions as a discreet and stable parking area in the hallway, specifically designed to protect your floors and keep your everyday life organized.
Unlike temporary solutions, Strolly is a robust and foldable construction with a collection function that effectively encapsulates dirt and water from the wheels. When not in use, you can easily fold it up to save space. It is simply a well-designed hallway solution for active families who don't want to compromise on their home.
What are the platform's dimensions?
When unfolded, the total dimensions (LxWxH) are 95x69x4.25cm, of which the space for stroller wheels is 89x62cm.
When folded, it is 69x48x8.5cm.
Does it fit my stroller?
It is designed to accommodate the vast majority of single strollers. If you are unsure – email us the model of your stroller at support@nehlie.com and we will help you check the dimensions before you pre-book.
Do the wheels scratch the floor?
No. The wheels are specifically chosen to be floor-friendly – they roll smoothly on wood floors, tiles, and concrete without leaving marks.
Pre-booking & payment
How does the pre-booking work?
You pay a down payment of SEK 299 today to secure your unit in the first production run. When the product is ready to ship, the remaining SEK 1391 will be automatically deducted. The total price will thus be SEK 1690 (compared to the regular price of SEK 1990 after launch).
What does the SEK 299 down payment cover?
It secures your place in the first production run and is deducted from the total price. Think of it as reserving your copy, not as a separate fee.
When will the remaining SEK 1391 be debited?
Just before the product is shipped. You will receive an email notification before the payment is processed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the most common Swedish payment methods: card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, and Swish.
Is the down payment refundable?
Yes, fully refundable until the product has been shipped. See more under Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Why does it cost SEK 1690 now and not SEK 1990?
By pre-ordering now, you're helping us make the first production run possible, and as a thank you, you'll receive the founding member price of SEK 1690. After launch, the price will be SEK 1990.
Delivery
When will my product arrive?
First deliveries are planned for winter 2026 or early 2027. We will email ongoing production updates and notify you well in advance before your item is shipped.
How much is shipping?
During the pre-order period, free shipping applies both within Sweden & the EU.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver within the entire EU. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
What happens if the delivery is delayed?
If anything in the schedule changes, we will contact you immediately. In the event of a significant delay, you are entitled to either await a new delivery date or cancel and receive a full refund of your down payment.
Cancellation & Refund
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel at any time before the product has been shipped and receive a full refund of the down payment (SEK 299). Send an email to support@nehlie.com with your order number.
How long does the refund take?
Within 14 days of us confirming your cancellation. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
What if I change my mind after delivery?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act from the date you received the product. See our Refund Policy for complete instructions.
What happens if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery?
Contact us directly at support@nehlie.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the defect. We handle complaints in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act and cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
